Would customers prefer an aisle seat? With the Seating Map Designer, you can recreate a map of your venue on screen so customers can choose where they would like to sit while purchasing their tickets.
Our “orphan seat” algorithm prevents customers from leaving a single seat between them and the next group, which can be a tough sell.
Assign wheelchair spaces on your seating plan and they will display with a wheelchair symbol to let customers know that these are reserved for wheelchair users.
Easily see who has reserved which seats and reserve or block seats if necessary. Seating chart lets your team see where customers have chosen to sit, helping to avoid double bookings.
Your staff can exchange or refund seats by clicking on the appropriate seat if the customer no longer wants the tickets. This will free up the seats for customers to purchase again.
Your attendees list lists all customers who have reserved and displays the seats they have chosen next to their name.
Staff checking tickets will be able to view the report to verify who should be seated where. So if customers have accidentally been seated in different seats, your team can quickly locate their reservation on the attendees list to show them their assigned seats.
