Low booking fees
For paid events, a small booking fee applies only to customers booking online. You can choose to absorb the booking fee in the ticket price or pass it on to the customer.
Manage cancellation fees
The management of cancellation fees is automatic. We relieve cancellations by refunding your customers the purchase price of their tickets and our booking fees in full.
Unlike other ticketing platforms, we have no hidden fees or monthly subscriptions to pay for using our system. We give you full access to all our ticketing features through an easy to understand and affordable fee structure.

You absorb booking fee
The transfer of money from your ticket sales to your bank account or mobile money merchant account is initiated on the Monday following the end of your attraction, activity, tour or event and will arrive in your account on Wednesday (or the Thursday following a Monday holiday).
If you prefer to receive your ticket sales revenue directly to your merchant account, then use our Direct Payment Service with our mobile money partner companies (Orange Money, Wave, Free Money, MTN Money, Mpesa, Airtel Money).
